Chocolate with chocolate, and more chocolate for Mother’s Day!
With Mother’s Day approaching we like to share an easy to make dessert, it’s always nice to surprise mothers on their day. Kids could make a nice dessert for them, on an especial occasion like this.
We shared an easy recipe before “Torta Helada for Mother’s Day.” This time, because of the current circumstances, I tried to find something easy to make with few ingredients. The dessert for this day is; chocolate brownie, with chocolate pudding, topped with chocolate syrup. Nothing complicated, on the contrary. It’s easy to put together. Plus, you can be sure that it will be delicious! to sweeten mom’s day.
This dessert consists of many layers of chocolate. First, we’ll have a layer of chocolate brownie, followed by a layer of chocolate pudding, then one more layer of chocolate brownie, to finally top it off with chocolate syrup. After this, if you like, you can decorate this dessert with a piece of hard chocolate, or a Hershey’s kiss. If you have m&ms, you can choose the red ones and draw a heart with them. You can also add a wafer too, or whatever your mom likes best.
It’s best to start with the pudding and let it set completely. Then the brownies. Later is the assembling step, right before serving, to give mom a nice surprise.
